Fontana – The Heart of the Amos, Quebec Gold District

Tres-Or's Fontana Gold Project is located in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt approximately 16 km northeast of Amos, in Duverny Township, Quebec. The company properties cover 8,700 hectares are approximately 60 km north of famous the Rouyn-Noranda, La Ronde, Malartic, Val d’Or gold corridor. These projects have year-round road access, onsite power and significant additional infrastructure. The region has no shortage of skilled mining personnel to help move projects forward.

The Fontana Gold Project includes more than 300 drill holes, channel samples, bulk samples and underground workings (shaft and galleries) from the 1930s to 1990, with best drill intersections of of 17.5 g/t Au over 38.1 m and 17.1 g/t Au over 13.7 m, based on historical reports.

The company has identified four priority target areas on the Fontana Gold Property which include the Hooper-Bunkhouse Zone, Zone 27, Fontana Shaft Zone, and Toughie Zone. These zones are illustrated in the maps below.

Map 1: Fontana Gold Project, showing major structures, priority gold zones, and bulk sample sites.

Map 2: Fontana Gold Project, showing historical drill holes in relation to priority targets.

There have been over 22,000 tonnes of historical bulk samples taken on the property with an average gold grade of 2.04 g/t. Examples of significant gold assays from one of the key target areas, Zone 27 are listed below.

This and all other data sets are currently undergoing further interpretation to direct the company’s future exploration efforts. Some 3D model interpretations can be found below using various cut off grades to demonstrate Bulk tonnage concept.
In addition, surrounding the company’s flagship Fontana Gold Project are an additional twenty-two gold occurrences on the Duvay Chenier and East Mac claims. In addition to these priority showings, magnetic and electromagnetic anomalies, and geochemical (gold grain) anomalies warrant further exploration.
The company plans to release a fulsome spring 2018 exploration program in short order.
