Laura Lee DuffettLAURA LEE DUFFETT, B.Sc., P.Geo. – Director
Throughout her successful 18 year career, Ms. Duffett has gained significant profile as a senior manager of leading companies in the Canadian junior mineral exploration industry. A member of the Professional Association of Engineers and Geoscientists of the Province of British Columbia, a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada and a graduate geologist from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario, Ms. Duffett has an extensive management background in geological research, marketing, corporate development, financing and technical project evaluation. Ms. Duffett has acted as a consulting geologist and Manager, Business Development for a number of successful exploration companies including Eldorado Corporation Ltd., HRC Development Corporation, Trillion Resources Ltd., Oliver Gold Corporation, Solomon Resources Limited, Nickelodeon Minerals Ltd., Brett Resources Ltd. and several other Canadian exploration companies. Ms. Duffett’s diverse international experience encompasses mineral exploration and acquisition programs in Southeast Asia, South America, Africa, Canada, the U.S. and Mexico. A well recognized technical keynote speaker at international mining and exploration trade shows, Ms. Duffett has a unique understanding of both the technical and market requirements necessary for successful management of mineral exploration companies. Ms. Duffett was appointed President in January 2000 and is taking the lead in strategic business development and implementation of the corporate strategy.

Gareth MasonGARETH E. MASON, B.Comm. – Director
Graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto in 1989, Mr. Mason is a founding Partner of North American Cleaning and Equipment, a Division of the Mason Group of Companies Limited. An entrepreneur, Mr. Mason is the President of North American which imports commercial cleaning equipment from Europe and Australia. He has established offices in Canada and the United States, and affiliations in South America with the head office located in Toronto and sales offices in Montreal, Edmonton, Denver and Pittsburgh. Mr. Mason is the President of the Canadian Sanitary Supply Association. With over 15 years experience, Mr. Mason brings expertise in financing, international marketing, sales and management to the Board of Tres-Or Resources Ltd.

MR. JOHN P. LARCHE, C.M. – Director
A renowned ambassador for the mining industry, Mr. Larche is one of the most successful mineral explorationists in Canada today. He was inducted as a member of the Order of Canada in 2002. This citation commends Mr. Larche for having worked tirelessly to advance the mineral exploration and development industry in Canada.

Mr. Larche became involved in the exploration business in 1955 as an independent prospector and contractor and has remained an active explorationist to date. He was elected for 17 consecutive annual terms as President of the Porcupine branch of the Prospectors and Developers Association. Also in the 1970s, Mr. Larche contributed 2 years as a member of the Advisory Committee on the Revision of the Ontario Mining Act and has remained indirectly involved on subsequent Advisory Committees.

In the 1980s Mr. Larche was a co-discoverer of the Hemlo Gold Camp, now one of the most prolific mining camps in the country. He received the Prospector of the Year Award in 1983 and was named Prospector of the Year by the Northern Miner in 1987. He served as President of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada from 1987 to 1989. He was the recipient of the 1997 Paul Harris Fellow Award through the Rotary Club. In 2001, Mr. Larche accepted the position of Honorary Chair of the Discover Abitibi program.

Mr. Larche has served as President of Moneta Porcupine Mines since 1992 and President of Canadian Arrow Mines from 1989 to 2004 and is on the Board of Directors of both of these companies.

N. Reid ToresonN. REID TORESON, B.Comm. – Director
Mr. Toreson, a founding director of Tres-Or, is the President of Wesclean Equipment and Cleaning Supplies Ltd., the largest cleaning supply company in western Canada. Graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, Mr. Toreson has devoted 25 years to the establishment and growth of his business and more than 9 years to the creation and financing of several Canadian junior mineral exploration companies. Mr. Toreson is a board member of several public companies and currently is Executive Vice President of the TSX-listed Rainbow Group of Companies. Mr. Toreson’s entrepreneurial reputation and marketing expertise continue to make him a driving force behind many successful private and public companies. Mr. Toreson was appointed Chief Financial Officer and is head of the audit committee.

MR. TONY CHAN, B.A.,- Director
Mr. Chan graduated with a B.A (1979) from the University of British Columbia and has worked in the securities industry since 1983. He was the co-founder of Golden Capital Securities Ltd. in 1990 and retired from the firm in 2004. Mr. Chan helped build Golden Capital into a successful brokerage firm encompassing retail, institutional and corporate finance activities. Mr. Chan served on the Board of Governors of the Vancouver Stock Exchange for 2 terms and was Chairman of the membership Committee. Until September 30, 2008, Mr. Chan was Vice President of the Vancouver office of Clarity Capital Corporation and was responsible for assessing opportunities and follow-up financing activities. Mr. Chan has been a director of Great Bear Uranium Corp. (CNQ) since December 2006. He is a former founding director of Capstone Mining Corp. (TSX) from March 2004 to June 2009 and was a director of Silverstone Resources Corp. (TSX.V) from May 16, 2005 to June 2009. Mr. Chan brings to the Company significant experience in financing, management and corporate development.
