SUHAIL MIRZA, – Technical Advisor
Suhail is a graduate of the University of Toronto, Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering and is currently the Chief Technical Officer (“CTO”) and a co-founder of Spreed Inc. – A technology company focused on disseminating information to mobile devices and iPhones. Over the past decade, Suhail has worked in Internet and technology related fields and has led teams to many technological firsts including: building the first widely used for money peer to peer network, likely building the first for money transaction network over wireless infrastructures and building one of the first betting exchanges. Suhail was the CTO and co-founder of Trident Gaming which was sold to a Fortune 500 company to the delight of shareholders and investors in 2006. Suhail played soccer at the Varsity level and semi-professionally in the CPSL. He started a philanthropic fund in 2006 and has recently joined Tres-Or to assist with technological communication efforts and marketing, socio-economic development and education associated with Tres-Or’s projects located in Canada and Ghana, West Africa.
JOHN G HENRY, – International Marketing Advisor
John brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience to Tres-Or with over 25 years of funding, developing, marketing and consultation to various organizations. John has managed the development of multi million dollar companies specializing in General Industrial Construction, Project Estimating and Management, Millwright, Sheet Metal, Fabrication, Welding and was responsible for Research and Development, Product Manufacturing and Contract Negotiations and Development.
John has served as the President and CEO of The Henry Group for 13 years and Chairman of Board for 2 years. During his tenure, John concluded contract negotiations with many Fortune 500 companies including Sarah Lee, Kroger, Campbell Soup, Frito Lay and others. After selling his controlling interest in the Henry Group, John is currently serving as Executive Vice President of StainlessDrains.com and has developed a clientele of over 1200 customers including Walmart, Pepsi and Costco. He has developed many patent pending products and is the President and owner of Henry CSI. John has served on the Boards and is actively supporting many charity based organizations. He served on the Board of Directors for the American Cotton Museum, the Greenville Chamber of Commerce and is involved with Kiwanis, Rotary, Women in Need, Global Advance and the American Cancer Society. He has travelled abroad to Africa and South America to assist in the training in international businessmen for local outreach programs in their communities. John is very active in local community and faith based charitable organizations. John joins Tres-Or as it develops the Agudee gold project in Ghana and he is committed to an active Advisory role for international marketing, education and community outreach programs.

A Member of the Order of Canada, Dave is the recipient of numerous awards and distinctions including the Governor General’s Commemorative Medal of Honour in 1992, an Honorary Doctorate from the University in Ottawa in 2001, the Queen’s Medal in 2002 and in 2006 the Order of Ontario Honorary Law Degree from Carleton University. His considerable reservoir of business acumen and through his philanthropic projects, Dave has raised over one hundred and forty million dollars for carious causes and fundraising efforts for organizations in Canada and elsewhere. One of his proudest achievements is the establishment of the Dave Smith Youth Centre in Ottawa. He has developed state of the art learning centres including the highly successful Ottawa Technical Learning Centre with over 900 students enrolled in a range of course with its “Learn to Earn” training program. In light of the enormous success of the Ottawa Technical Training Centre, the concept is sought after by other regions in Canada as well as other countries in West Africa, South Africa and Afghanistan. It is a testament to the success of the concept that this technical-school-training has been duplicated on several continents. Through Dave’s vision and steadfast commitment and determination a solution was found and put into action. Dave has co-founded many charitable organizations that are all characterized by making significant positive impacts upon the disadvantaged people who have sought assistance. Special projects include the donation of dental clinic and medical clinic supplies, as well as, development of housing programs and schooling in Africa. He and his volunteers have filled and shipped many containers of medical supplies to Africa. Dave joins Tres-Or in its commitment and pursuit of socio and economic development with the Ghanaian peoples who are working with Tres-Or in the development of gold resources in Ghana.
