Tres-Or (Ghana) Limited is exploring and developing gold assets in the Ashanti region, central Ghana. View property page here

Signed a profit sharing agreement with a private Ghanaian company providing mining and related services to gold mining projects in Ghana.

Developing commercial gold production at the Agudee Project by providing mining and project administration on a group of concessions held by a local syndicate of companies.

Tres-Or Ghana will receive 50% of the proceeds from the sale of gold mined under its profit sharing agreement from the 73% interest jointly held with the Ghanaian company.

Canada

Exploration and development of diamond and precious/base metals in northeastern Ontario and northwestern Quebec.

Tres-Or discovered the largest diamond-bearing pipe in Ontario, the Lapointe Kimberlite, and was granted two 21 year mining licences in 2007.

Tres-Or’s Quebec properties host 6 kimberlite bodies discovered by drilling.

Tres-Or drilled significant shallow platinum/palladium mineralization on its Mann Project. Exploring the source of gold grains in till and extending the Pt-Pd mineralized zone is continuing.

All Tres-Or projects have excellent infrastructure to support exploration and development. Roads, power and qualified workforce are all in close proximity.

Tres-Or has signed a 5 year Memorandum of Understanding with the Timiskaming First nation relating to exploration within the Reserve and traditional territorial lands.

Projects are fully financed and high priority drill targets are identified. Tres-Or is poised for new discoveries.
